Welcome back to 2010 !
On behalf of the outgoing
2009 PTA we wish all our parents and pupils a wonderful 2010 and hope you
all enjoyed a well deserved break over the season
This notice serves to
inform that the PTA AGM which was scheduled for 26 January 2010 has been
postponed to 3 February 2010 at 18h30 in the School Hall.
The AGM is open to all
parents and guardians of present pupils and will present the following
items on the Agenda :

of the Previous AGM – 28 January 2009
- Board
of Governors’ Report
- Treasurer’s
Report
- Chairperson’s
Report
- Election
of PTA Committee 2010
The PTA Committee are a
dedicated group of
individuals who give of their time and energy for the betterment of our
schools and ultimately the wellbeing of our pupils. These are parents and
staff who understand that what we do as a group directly supports the
effective functioning of our institution, will build the school community
and improve its resources.
As the outgoing Chair I strongly maintain
that your personal involvement in the schooling fraternity of the St
Dominic’s Priory Schools does not go unnoticed by your children. Once they
see your involvement and your commitment to the schools they too will
embrace all that the schools have to offer. Those parents or
guardians interested in serving on the PTA for 2010 are still able to
present their nomination(s) in writing by 31 January 2010 to info@kidsconnection.co.za or
contact me on 082 375 2168.
It has been an honour and a privilege to
lead the 2009 Team, I am very proud to have been part of the Committee in
the last 2 years and wish the 2010 Team much success and FUN this year.
